1. General Rule on Digital Products
Vedic Astrology AI provides a completely personalized and digital reading service instantly. Because readings are uniquely generated using Artificial Intelligence and consume immediate API resources upon success, all fulfilled and generated orders are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once the reading is displayed on your screen.
2. Payment Processing Errors (The Safety Net)
If your account gets debited (e.g., ₹51 charged) but the AI reading crashes, times out, or fails to
generate because of an internet network drop, you will NOT lose your money.
Our built-in safety net remembers your order status. Simply go back to the homepage within 1-2
hours and click "Ask the Stars" with the exact same details again; the server will resume the process
for free and recover your reading.
3. Eligibility for Manual Refunds
If the safety net fails or you receive a 500 Server Error despite being successfully charged, you are fully eligible for a 100% refund. Please contact us with the same phone number you entered and your **Cashfree Order ID** within 24 hours.
4. Refund Timeline
If your manual refund is approved by our support team, the amount will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card). Cashfree typically takes 3 to 5 business days to successfully reflect the reversed transaction securely into your Indian bank account.
