When you use the Vedic Astrology AI platform, we temporarily collect your Name, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth, and your Question. These inputs strictly operate the AI engine and return your requested reading.

2. How We Use and Share Information

Your astrological details are temporarily processed by a secured Generative AI (OpenRouter) to provide the astrological predictions. Your phone number is passed to our payment gateway (Cashfree) to identify the payment status securely. We do NOT sell, rent, or lease your personal birth details to third parties.

3. Payment Information

All exact credit card details or UPI IDs you enter are handled entirely through Cashfree, a secure RBI-authorized payment aggregator in India. We do not process or store any actual banking data or card numbers directly on our servers.

4. Data Storage and Safety

To protect you from network failures, your questions and generated readings are saved temporarily in an internal server database until your reading successfully completes. Depending on server loads and cycles, this data is periodically wiped for your privacy.
